Syretta is a graduate of Florida International University (FIU) where she obtained her Bachelors in Nursing. During her nursing career she found a passion for women’s health and continued her education at Frontier University where she obtained her Masters in Midwifery. She has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for over 8 years and she also has her certification in Surgical First Assisting and minor GYN surgeries.

Syretta is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). She has over 20 years of experience in various areas in the nursing field, which include Oncology, Ortho/Neuro, Mother Baby, Scrub RN and Labor & Delivery.

She is a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica and has lived in South Florida since the age of 10.

In her free time, she enjoys her a passion for gardening and reading.

Syretta believes that being a Midwife is a blessing. She feels honored to participate in a family’s birthing experience and stories.
